Shanell steals the spotlight in the smoldering video for “So Good” featuring Lil Wayne and Drake. The Young Money crew pulls into a drive-in movie theater, where Lil Wayne pops the trunk on a Porsche Panamera and unveils his sexy protégée. Drizzy appears on the projection screen as Ms. Shanell flirts with Denver Broncos running back Willis McGahee.

As the sun rises the next morning, she puts the moves on her hunky co-star, with her seductive song “6 AM” serving as the soundtrack.

Shanell is working on her long-awaited debut album and will release her mixtape Nobody’s Bitch next month.

Why does YMCMB keep on trying with her? I mean she doesnt have what it takes to make it in today’s music, and she hasn’t been promoted well at all. She is just like Olivia when she was with G-Unit. At least Olivia had two hit singles one was Bizzounce back in ’01 and then the other was Candy Shop with 50 Cent. They need to just give up no offence.

@Anthony, Naw dont compare her to Olivia this chick is more talented. she writes her own music and her mixtape had over 2 Million downloads. Shanell has that mindset to make it big and she definately has a unique look. Olivia has been trying to make it now for over 10 years smh.

@Anthony, Because people aren’t catching on doesn’t mean she doesn’t have what it takes. The issue is how long it takes for them to properly promote her materials. “So Good” has buzz when it 1st came out, then they waited months to release the video. Same thing with “Buttons” even thou most didn’t like it. What people don’t understand or like, does not constitute & is not equivalent to not having what it takes. She’s a dancer/choreographer, SANGER/vocalist, & a songwriter. She has everything it takes, plus she can really command a stage & perform, & knows who she is. People want the same ole, same ole crap, that’s one of the issues & what I stated above. Olivia’s issue is she doesn’t have no major support & she keeps releasing subpar songs.

Shanell has written for many artist in the biz example la da da di melanie fiona etc….she’s was creative director of both of the i am music tours….has 2million downloads on her second mixtape…she writes her own music she choreograph all her stuff and is very diverse with her music a fusion of r&b pop and rock….she is beyond ready for this industry…she has done than expected to not even have an album out…!
