her new stuff is much better than some of her older stuff. i feel she is missing something… but i like.. it may resemble nicki in certian ways but who cares… let her evolve her own way… i think azalea banks is still the font runner for the underground femcees making it big… hopefully lil kim will take this direction, drop some new music, and spend a little bit more time on production like Lola.. it pays off… #teamminaj #bringbackfemcees #nohate

LoLa Monroe is working her butt off. I do hear the Nicki Minaj resemblance, but ‘Roe definitely knows her lane and is continueing to pave it. Similarities are not always directly linked to copying. I never cared for Nicki’s music, I have been riding with LoLa since she started to get a little buzz. I feel her.

for the folks that are uneducated about lola monore this has always been her rapping voice. her and nicki minaj have been rapping for the same amount of years.. only difference nicki had the right people around her to get exposure first. Lola even had a$$ shots before nicki lmao smdh .. anyway this is lola voice PERIOD! love it or hate it….and i love it cause its not filled with stupid repetitive antics that nick does. And this song is ok considering that it is part of somebody elese mixtape. sidenote i wish she wouldve signed with MMG instead of taylor gang wouldve been a better fit imo

love it simply put …..lola is part of a new breed of female mcs…her iggy, azelia, brianna perry, are all on the come up. nicki fans fall back at thos point i dont really respect what yall have to say shes not god in this industry and news flash..given the inpact she made with the first album she was suppose to surpass expectations and although she went platinum it too long. it happens the rise and fall.

I’m TeamMinaj til the death of me but some of y’all fans irk me when there is any post about a female rapper y’all gotta write just about how she isn’t as good as Nicki. We should welcome more female rappers and what better way to legacy could she leave behind than to have a reemergence of labels signing female rappers once again?!!

On another note, I think Lola Monroe sucks really bad. But that doesn’t diminish my point. I’m willing to give A. Banks a chance and it would be cool to see the return of Eve an some older female MCs including Missy E. (if you consider her as being gone album-wise although she is def still producing).
