I’ve been riding For The Weeknd for years now!!! Sooo rooting for him. I was rooting so hard for him that I even discounted Frank and what he was doing musically. Big mistake. R&B is being revived by a generation that is delivering it the way they know it and is relevant today. Miguel, Dawn Richard, Jhene Aiko, Frank Ocean and The Weeknd all have the hottest mixtapes/albums right now. AND IT ALL STARTED WITHOUT THEM BEING SIGNED.

I started popping pills and doing blow just so i could deeply connect to his music. he made it real and i wanted to experience it and might i add that he captured it all in his music and writing and he is a godsend. those songs were written about me…
