Tamar Braxton kicked off the morning on a high note. After performing on “The Wendy Williams Show” last week, the “Braxton Family Values” star performed her power ballad “Love and War” on “Good Morning America.”
The 35-year-old songstress was so eager to hit the stage that she could barely sleep the night before. “I know I should be sleep but I’m just TOO excited about my @gma performance in the am! #GODISGOOD,” she tweeted.
Tamar’s album Love and War is due February 12 via Streamline Records.
YES! Now this is a vocalist, from beginning to end was such a powerful performance! No one and I mean no one, in the industry have the pipes like this woman! I can’t wait to see her performing in stadiums worldwide like Whitney, Tina. Age has never stopped a singer from accomplishing their dreams and breaking records! Such a proud Tamartian! Hopefully, we see more & more & more promo in following weeks – also internationally as well!!!
Why thank you for your input to my true & honest opinion. I hope this extremely rude comment made your day. You most certainly didn’t make me feel any less intelligent – nor do I regret posting my comment! God bless you and Tamar Braxton’s album will be nominated for Album of the Year 2014, mark my words!
Incredible, I’m so wowed. I was always a fan from her first single “get none” but I had no idea she could sing like this. We need some new chicks in the game. She gat my vote
Go TayTay, I only been waiting since your last cd 12 years ago and so happy to see a real vocalist in today’s horrible music. Hope this is the beginning of bringing back real music!!!
No shade at all I love Tamar to death but she gone have to stand up…I know she did on Wendy Williams but she has to give a little more to stay relevant bcuz people will start to lose interest….I know they had a problem with her not wanting to stand up to record in the studio too on her show…juss sayin….that’s my 2 cents :) phenomenal performance tho baby gurl!!!!!
I like the song in general.. but she was not really singing.. if you pay attention to her mouth throughout the song you will see what im talking about…
That song is “FIRE” Tamar!!! Beautifully sung! May God continue 2 bless u vocally & best wishes on ur new album, 2013 is ur year 2 shine!Hubby Vince must be very proud of u!
Tamar has been improving her live singing of this new song. She sounded good on both Good Morning America and Wendy Williams show. She has a great voice.
The only problem I see is this song copies the song “Trust and Believe” by Keyshia Cole.
I almost bought Tamar’s until someone pointed that out to me and I listened to both songs on iTunes. I couldn’t believe it! Unbelievable! When Tamar get’s an original song, I’ll buy it because she CAN sing.
Tamar”s live performance was Outstanding, I love her voice, style, and Professionalism. I have all of Toni’s Music, and I will be adding all of Tamar’s!Tamar you Kilt It!!
