Rap-Up.com || New Music: Eve f/ Gabe Saporta – ‘Make It Out This Town’

Eve rises above adversity on her triumphant new single “Make It Out This Town” featuring Gabe Saporta of Cobra Starship. The Philly raptress uplifts with her words of encouragement on the overcoming-the-odds anthem, which serves as the official first single from her first album in over a decade, Lip Lock.

“In this life only you can represent yourself/ Never let your circumstances hold you back/ You were born free/ Never got to feel trapped,” spits Eve, who debuted the empowering tune during the Big Brothers Big Sisters’ National Mentoring Month conference in Washington, D.C.

Eve recently shot a video for the song in New York. Due May 14, Lip Lock is set to feature appearances from Snoop Lion, Dawn Richard, Chrisette Michele, Pusha T, and Juicy J.
