MTV EMA 2013: Eminem, Miley Cyrus, Iggy Azalea, Bruno Mars, Robin Thicke, & Ariana Grande

There were plenty of outrageous moments during the MTV EMA 2013 in Amsterdam on Sunday. Much like their U.S. counterpart the VMAs, the show will filled with viral moments (see Miley lighting up a joint on stage) and show-stopping fashions (see Miley again).

Before she opened the show with a performance of “We Can’t Stop,” Miley hit the red carpet in a dress that said “Please stop violence” along with photos of Biggie and Tupac.

Iggy Azalea, who joined Robin Thicke for “Blurred Lines,” turned heads in a revealing black gown that left little to the imagination. “Lol! That’s my ass from the front not my pussy!!!!” she later explained.

Ariana Grande was cute and classy in a lacy dress. The pop diva interviewed Katy Perry and Will Ferrell, who came in character as “Anchorman’s” Ron Burgundy, while co-hosting the pre-show.

Eminem was honored with the Global Icon Award and hit the stage to perform his MMLP2 singles “Berzerk” and “Rap God.”

Rita Ora, clad in Calvin Klein, arrived with her boyfriend Calvin Harris and presented the award for Best Hip-Hop to Eminem.

Snoop Dogg aka Snoopzilla brought some funk to the stage while performing his classic “Gin and Juice,” and Best Song winner Bruno Mars unleashed a sexy performance of “Gorilla.”

An absent Beyoncé won Best Live for her “Mrs. Carter Show World Tour,” and accepted her award via a videotaped message.
