Drake Delivers Laughs in ‘SNL’ Promos

Drake, Bobby Moynihan, and Jay Pharoah

Drake will pull double duty as host and musical guest on this weekend’s “Saturday Night Live.” Just days before he takes over Studio 8H, the “Degrassi” star brings the laughs in a series of promos co-starring cast members Bobby Moynihan and Jay Pharoah.

Bobby plays him some beats by some “cool cats,” while Jay freaks out after meeting the Toronto rapper. Drizzy also shows off his dramatic acting skills, and the funnymen try to impress him with their thoughts on duck belly buttons and “thick, thumping” beats.

In addition to Drake, “SNL” will welcome Sasheer Zamata to the cast as the first African-American woman since Maya Rudolph left the show in 2007.

Get a taste of what you can expect come Saturday.

Drake isn’t funny. I was bored watching those. SNL is really hit or miss.
