New Music: Trinidad Jame$ - 'Doin' Me'

  /  08.04.2014

Doin' Me

Last week, Trinidad Jame$ revealed that he had been dropped from Def Jam after signing a lucrative deal with the label in 2012. The Atlanta rapper turns to music to help with his healing. On the introspective “Doin’ Me,” he reflects on the past and asks God for guidance.

“Sometimes I wish I never knew fame / Got a deal and lost it / I’m back to doin’ me,” he raps over the Raak-produced beat.

He’s already moving forward with a new project and has been teasing a September 23 release date.
