Common Announces 'Nobody's Smiling' Tour with Jay Electronica
Common is coming to a city near you this fall. The Chicago rapper will embark on the “Nobody’s Smiling” tour with special guest Jay Electronica.
The 13-date U.S. trek kicks off in Las Vegas on November 21 and makes stops in L.A., New Orleans, Atlanta, and Philadelphia, before wrapping with two shows in New York on December 9 and 10.
The tour comes in support of Common’s 10th album Nobody’s Smiling, which was released in July.
“I’m excited to be touring because I haven’t in several years and to be doing it with an album like Nobody’s Smiling is giving me a chance to perform the hip-hop that I love,” said Common. “To have Jay Electronica on this tour is crazy. He is one of the freshest voices in hip-hop today. He truly is sparking the culture.”
