Video: Future - 'Hardly'

  /  10.27.2014

Future

On the eve of his Monster mixtape release, Future pays tribute to his Freebandz associate OG Double D, who was shot and killed last year. The Atlanta rapper fights his demons in the self-directed video for the 808 Mafia-produced “Hardly.” As he sits against an all-white set, Future Hendrix laments about being treated like an outcast and numbs his pain with molly and champagne.

“Trying to find right in my wrong / Hope my legacy live on,” he emotes.

Future’s Monster mixtape drops Tuesday at 10:28 p.m. EST featuring “Break the Rules” and the title track.
