Chance the Rapper Announces Beats 1 Radio Show
Chance the Rapper becomes Chance the Host. During an appearance on Pharrell Williams’ Apple Music show “OTHERtone” on Sunday (Feb. 7), the Chicago MC revealed that he will have a Beats 1 program of his own.
“Pretty soon, I’m getting my own Beats show,” he said.
Then Chance confirmed the news on Twitter, adding that the program will be called “Worldwide Chi.”

The “Beautiful Chicago” MC isn’t the only hip-hop figure with an Apple Music deal, of course. Besides Skateboard P, Dr. Dre, Drake, and DJ Khaled also have their own Beats 1 shows.
Chance released a ton of music in 2015. His work includes contributions to Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment’s Surf and his Free Based Freestyles project with Lil B.
Even with all that, Chance fans are still waiting on his solo follow-up to 2013’s Acid Rap.
