Ty Dolla $ign and Jeremih Announce New Single 'The Light'
Ty Dolla $ign and Jeremih are bringing “The Light.”
On Friday (June 8), the singers will drop a new single off their upcoming joint project MihTy. They revealed the cover art and shared snippets of the upbeat jam on Instagram.
“Let’s have sex but not without the foreplay / But not without the first date,” sings Ty, while Jeremih adds his own harmonies: “It’s the way it goes / Now don’t this feel right? / I’m tryna put you in the light.”

The two have been working on their joint project for some time. Earlier this year, Hitmaka aka Yung Berg revealed that he’s been producing the project, which may feature Chris Brown and PARTYNEXTDOOR. “Twenty one songs of greatness,” he told “The Joe Budden Podcast.” “Me and A1 produced every song on the record, along with our co-producers.”
Ty dropped a deluxe edition of Beach House 3 last month, while Jeremih released his EP The Chocolate Box in March.
