T.I. and Ciara Headline Screamfest '07

MTV reports that T.I. and Ciara will headline Screamfest ’07, which is slated to begin July 24. The last Scream outing was late last year with Omarion and Ne-Yo at the top of the marquee.

The dates and cities will be announced next week, as well as supporting acts. For now, though, the tour spokesperson says New York; Washington, D.C.; Miami; Detroit; Baltimore; Chicago; and T.I. and Ciara’s hometown of Atlanta are definite stops.
