JoJo hit a high note when she performed at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on tour with Joe Jonas and Jay Sean on Tuesday night (Sept. 20). Looking grown and sexy in a skin-tight black number, the 20-year-old singer rocked with her band during the five-song set consisting of old and new material.

She opened with her debut single “Leave (Get Out)” before going into her sassy remix of Drake’s “Marvin’s Room” (minus the curse words). Her new single “Disaster” followed as well as the rock-tinged “Lie to Me” off her upcoming album Jumping Trains. Before exiting the stage, she asked the crowd to sing along to her 2006 hit “Too Little Too Late.”

Check out some HD footage from the live show.
