New Music: Miguel - 'Simplethings'

  /  02.03.2014

Miguel

Miguel doesn’t ask for much. The R&B crooner wants a woman he can smoke with, lay with, and laugh with on his new song “Simplethings” off the soundtrack to HBO’s “Girls,” due February 11.

“I just want the simple things / I just want you,” he sings.

The guitar-driven record, which was commissioned by “Girls” creator and star Lena Dunham, appears on Girls, Vol. 2: All Adventurous Women Do…, along with contributions from Vampire Weekend, Beck, and Lily Allen.
