Timbaland Previews Michael Jackson Collaboration 'Slave to the Rhythm'

Timbaland and Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson is getting the Timbaland treatment. As part of his “Timbaland Thursdays” series, the super-producer has released a snippet of “Slave to the Rhythm,” his collaboration with the King of Pop. The minute-long track features unreleased vocals from the late legend over one of Timbo’s coveted beats.

“She’s a slave to the rhythm of love,” sings MJ.

A song of the same name leaked in 2010, while just last year, a pop-dance version featuring Justin Bieber surfaced.

In August, Timbaland announced that he had been working with L.A. Reid on a posthumous project from Jackson and that the first single would be a song entitled “Chicago.”

Get a taste of what Timbo has in store.
