Pharrell Williams Pens First-Ever Social Book

Inspiration

Pharrell Williams is writing a new chapter in his career. The multi-talented star has penned the first-ever social book.

Bic’s Tipp-Ex, the leading correction fluid in Europe, has commissioned Pharrell to create the participatory book Inspiration.

The book, which will be translated into five languages, focuses on the “Happy” singer’s personal life and the source of his inspiration.

As part of the bizarre launch campaign, a bear has tried to protect the book’s contents from eager readers by covering up the words with Tipp-Ex Mini Pocket Mouse.

Fans are asked to help finish the manuscript by suggesting words. The more words you find, the more likely your name will appear in the credits alongside Pharrell.

Once completed by users, the social book will be published and sold, with proceeds benefitting Pharrell’s From One Hand To AnOTHER organization, which supports disadvantaged children.

You can help complete Pharrell’s book by visiting the website.

This is not Pharrell’s first foray into the literary world. In 2012, he released his coffee table book, Pharrell: Places and Spaces I’ve Been, via Rizzoli Books.
