Beyoncé, Jay Z, and Solange Enjoy Family Time in New Orleans
Family comes first. Amidst last week’s drama, the Carters and Knowles spent some quality time together in New Orleans over the weekend.
According to TMZ, Beyoncé and Jay Z dined with Solange at Café Amelie for more than two hours on Saturday.
They reportedly arrived in three SUVs with heavy security. A team of bodyguards waited outside to make sure no photographers got a shot of them, but Beyoncé has shared some photos from their get together.
Bey, Jay, Solange, and Tina Knowles were all smiles as they posed together for a family portrait. With their arms around each other, Bey and her little sis snapped a pic and Jay hung out with Solange’s son Julez and her boyfriend Alan Ferguson. Blue Ivy, photographed from the back, was also by her mother’s side.
After video surfaced of Solange attacking Jay Z in an elevator, the family released a joint statement. “At the end of the day families have problems and we’re no different,” they said. “We love each other and above all we are family. We’ve put this behind us and hope everyone else will do the same.”
