Hard Core Mixtape

Lil’ Kim has revealed the cover art for her long-awaited mixtape Hard Core. The illustrated artwork, which was inspired by her 1996 debut of the same name, shows a black panther dripping in diamonds with a portrait of Kim hanging above the fireplace.

Originally announced in July 2013, the project has experienced several delays since its Halloween 2013 release date.

In the past month, Kim has been warming up with remixes to Beyoncé’s “Flawless,” Bobby Shmurda’s “Hot Ni**a,” Rae Sremmurd’s “No Flex Zone,” and Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy,” plus her Nicki Minaj diss track “Identity Theft.”

The mixtape, her first since 2011’s Black Friday, drops on September 11 at 9:11 p.m.
