New Music: Angel Haze - 'GXMES'

Angel Haze is playing no games. The rap renegade turns up and takes no prisoners on the TROY NoKA-produced “GXMES,” the second song off her three-song EP In the Winter of Wet Years.

“I took a year off, came back well rested / Yeah all ya’ll ni**as is still soft / I’m flexin’,” raps a confident Angel, who also illustrated the cover art.

Earlier this month, she released the first offering “CANDLXS,” inspired by her girlfriend Ireland Baldwin.

In the Winter of Wet Years will be released independently on iTunes in the next few weeks.
