New Music: Post Malone - '#mood'

  /  09.09.2015

After an old video of him using the N-word leaked last week, Post Malone is back with a new track called “#mood,” on which he indirectly addresses the controversy over 50 Cent’s classic “Window Shopper” beat.

“Everybody wanna talk shit on the Internet,” raps the “White Iverson” hitmaker, presumably in response to those criticizing him. “I’m guessing all this bullshit just come with the benefits.”

He wasn’t so confrontational last week on DJ Drama’s Gangsta Grillz Radio, where he seemed apologetic. “It’s an old video, you know? [But] it’s unacceptable and I made a mistake,” he explained. “I just wanna apologize. I guess that’s really it. I can’t really say nothing. It was wrong of me.”
