Ariana Grande Performs 'Focus' at AMAs

  /  11.22.2015

Ariana Grande performed her red-hot single “Focus” for the first time ever on stage at Sunday’s American Music Awards.

The pop diva, her hair noticeably died brown from her newly-minted grey, came out from behind a red curtain to give a piano bar rendition of “Focus” before slipping into the upbeat version of the horn-festooned single.

With her backup dancers clad in black-and-white cocktail attire, Grande hit her cues while a brass section blared behind her in time. She power-sang all over the track, strutting to the back of the stage at the end of the set for a cool-down.

Grande is currently prepping the follow-up to 2014’s My Everything, and can also be heard on Who Is Fancy’s new single “Boys Like You,” which premieres tomorrow.
