New Music: John Legend - 'Under the Stars'
John Legend is reaching for the stars. As part of Stella Artois’ “Give Beautifully” holiday campaign, the R&B crooner has written and recorded a brand new song called “Under the Stars.” On the inspirational piano ballad, which pays homage to the brand’s name Stella, Mr. Legend raises a toast and brings people together in celebration of the season.
“I’ve collaborated with some figurative stars before, but this is the first time I’ve done something with literal stars,” said Legend. “For the holiday season, Stella Artois and I came together to give a gift, a song that’s inspired by the stars. In this song, we’re hearing the noises that stars make.”
Legend is expecting his own little star soon. He and wife Chrissy Teigen are expecting their first child early next year.
