New Mixtape: Lil Mama - 'Take Me Back'

With just two weeks left in the year, Lil Mama comes through with her new EP Take Me Back. The seven tracks find the 26-year-old MC rapping over old school beats including Biggie’s “Kick in the Door,” Snoop Dogg’s “Gin and Juice,” Run-DMC’s “Sucker MCs,” and DJ Kool’s “Let Me Clear My Throat.” Also included is her summer viral sensation “Sausage.”

The EP starts off with a soundbite from her infamous 2011 interview with “The Breakfast Club” before Mama shows just how far she’s come since her 2008 debut VYP (Voice of the Young People).
