Ciara and Russell Wilson Are Engaged
She said yes! Russell Wilson and Ciara have announced their engagement. In a sweet and short clip, the loving couple shared the special moment with fans.
“Making this thing happen,” the NFL quarterback said, before CiCi chimed in with joy: “Yay! I’m so excited,” she said, before flashing her massive diamond ring. “God is so good.”
Wilson added a message to the video on Twitter. “Since Day 1 I knew you were the one,” he wrote. “No Greater feeling…#TrueLove.”

Before proposing, the Seattle Seahawks star gave Ciara 30 possible destinations around the world. “She was shocked when they landed in the Seychelles at the exclusive resort North Island,” her rep told PEOPLE.
The mag notes that Prince William and Duchess Kate honeymooned at the private resort. Others, including Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have also stayed there.
Wilson and CiCi, who recently visited Dodger Stadium with baby Future, have been dating since last year. They’ve stayed together (and abstained from sex) while the Jackie songstress continues an ongoing custody battle with her former fiancé Future.
