Rihanna Stars in 'Valerian' Trailer

Rihanna is taking over the big screen.

The singer-turned-actress stars in the first trailer for Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets, the sc-fi action extravaganza that also features Cara Delevingne, Ethan Hawke, and John Goodman.

In the dramatic clip, RiRi is a shape-shifting vixen. One second, she’s wearing a sexy all black outfit, and the next second, she’s in a silver one — her blonde hair reminiscent of old Hollywood glam.

EW also provided another exclusive clip from the film, which features Bad Gal as a burlesque dancer in a Moulin Rouge-like scene. Strutting confidently with a chair, Rihanna sits down seductively, and then looks at the camera with a stunning glare.

Valerian lands in theaters next July, but RiRi’s Hollywood takeover doesn’t end there. She’s currently filming her next blockbuster, Ocean’s Eight, co-starring Anne Hathaway, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, and more.

Rihanna is no stranger to the big screen. In the past, she starred in 2012’s Battleship and also voiced a character in Home.
