Tyga Sued for Failing to Make Ferrari Payments
Tyga’s financial woes continue.
After having multiple vehicles repossessed this year, T-Raww is getting sued by a man named Alex Benedict, who claims the rapper has failed to make lease payments on a Ferrari 488.
According to legal docs, the “Kingin'” star neglected payments on the car after striking a deal in May. Thus, the car has been repossessed twice, according to TMZ.
The first time was in August, but Tyga got the car back and was slated to return the vehicle Oct. 9. Benedict claims the rapper failed to live up to that deal so he had the car repo’d once again on Nov. 8.
Benedict is now suing T-Raww for at least $150,000 in damages.
In September, Kylie Jenner called the repo story “fake” while showing off the new Bentley Bentayga she purchased Tyga. Days later, Tyga’s Maybach was repossessed as well.
