The Game Contests $7 Million Judgement in Sexual Assault Case
The Game’s legal woes continue.
The Compton rapper was recently hit with a $7 million judgement in a sexual assault case. Now, Chuck Taylor is asking a judge to reconsider.
According to TMZ, the 1992 MC has filed a request for a new trial with a different jury or for his $7.13 million judgement to be reduced.
Game also reportedly believes that the jury had a “prejudicial” video of him and the woman who accused him of sexual assault.
On top of this, he claims he hasn’t been able to defend himself in person, as he missed trial due to a severe tooth infection.
The accuser, Priscilla Rainey, sued Game and accused him of sexual assault in 2015. In February, the rapper denied the accusation and called her a “Thot Bot” and a “thirsty Gatorade mascot of a transvestite” on Instagram.
