J. Cole is headed back to HBO.

Last year, the North Carolina rapper unleashed his Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming documentary on the network. Now, he returns with his second special, 4 Your Eyez Only, A Dreamville Film, inspired by his 2016 album.

Soundtracked by his 4 Your Eyez Only cut “Change,” the trailer shows what fans can expect from the one-hour film, which is set to premiere Saturday, April 15, at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Co-directed by Cole and Scott Lazer, 4 Your Eyez Only, A Dreamville Film captures performances from Cole’s fourth album 4 Your Eyez Only, while also including interviews with “lower income” residents in Baton Rouge, Atlanta, and Ferguson.

The doc also hits home for Cole, as he visits people in his hometown of Fayetteville, N.C. and his father’s hometown of Jonesboro, Ark.

A woman in the trailer explains her dire circumstances: “So many of us are hurting and we’re confused and we’re angry.” Another adds: “You gotta keep going. It ain’t no end to it. You gotta keep moving.”

Released in December, 4 Your Eyez Only opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Starting in June, Cole will embark on his “For Your Eyez Only Tour,” which is slated to kick off in Columbia, S.C.
