DJ Khaled Announces Drake-Assisted Single 'To the Max'
The Drake vocals are in.
According to DJ Khaled, the Drizzy vocals aren’t just in. They’re also ready to be released. In fact, fans can expect their Grateful collaboration “To the Max” to drop Monday (June 5). Khaled made the announcement and revealed the cover art, which features his son Asahd, paying homage to Michael Jordan in a “23” onesie.
The We the Best mogul and Drake have proven to be a force on tracks, thanks to past collaborations like “I’m On One,” “No New Friends,” and last year’s “For Free,” which dropped on Khaled’s most recent album, Major Key.

“To the Max” joins a bevy of hits on the star-studded Grateful, which has already spawned “Shining” with Jay Z and Beyoncé, and “I’m the One,” with Justin Bieber, Chance the Rapper, Quavo, and Lil Wayne.
The latter has been the album’s most successful release yet. Moreover, it’s actually DJ Khaled’s biggest song to date, becoming his first No. 1 on the Hot 100.
In addition to the aforementioned guests, Grateful—executive produced by eight-month-old Asahd—is expected to feature appearances from Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Nas, Big Sean, and Travis Scott.
Set your alarm clocks early. “To the Max” premieres June 5 at 6 a.m. EST.
