New Music: Kodak Black - 'Halloween'

  /  10.31.2017

Trick or treat. Kodak Black celebrates “Halloween” with an aptly-titled banger.

Over a thumping instrumental, Project Baby sing-raps about the spooky holiday and why he thinks his “cranium got a disease.”

“I should have been born on Halloween,” he rhymes. “I ain’t no demon but I do evil deeds / My daddy don’t ever see me, I ain’t no devil seed / I don’t remember his last time checking up on me.”

Later, he reflects on his costumes and his prolific streak. “Why you dropped another album in a week?” he asks. “I’m a wolf but I be dressing like a sheep / Put on my monkey suit and go orangu-teen.”

Over the weekend, Lil’ Kodak delivered four new songs, adding to the various loose singles and videos that he’s released since dropping Project Baby 2 and Painting Pictures earlier this year.

Get into the “Halloween” spirit with Lil Kodak.
