New Music: N.E.R.D feat. André 3000 - 'Rollinem 7's'

  /  11.10.2017

Before dropping their new album, No_One Ever Really Dies, N.E.R.D taps André 3000 for “Rollinem 7’s.”

The hypnotic track continues the bounce that was found on the trio’s Rihanna-assisted single “Lemon.” This time, Pharrell celebrates luck while calling for unity. “Roll around the world like I do with my brethren,” he raps. “All the pretty girls wanna be my heaven / Every time I turn around, I roll another 7.”

After Skateboard P calls for people to “come together,” Three Stacks swoops in for the final verse. “I can’t imagine the hood in harmony / How can I bask in a bloody sun if he don’t see me as a man?”

In addition to the OutKast icon, No_One Ever Really Dies features appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Gucci Mane, Wale, Future, M.I.A., and more. The group premiered the entire album at this year’s ComplexCon.
