Joyner Lucas and Tory Lanez Unite for 'Suge' Remix
After going back and forth during a rap battle last year, Joyner Lucas and Tory Lanez squash their beef and unite on a remix to DaBaby’s “Suge.”
Joyner opens the track by addressing their beef: “I hit up Tory and told him I know you don’t like me, but fuck it, I’m over the beef / Told him we could be friends / Invited him over and gave him some soda and bleach.” He also threatens to retaliate if he doesn’t win a Grammy (“If I do not win the Grammy this year / Then I blow that bitch up and then everyone dies”) before unleashing an arsenal of rapid-fire rhymes.
Tory follows with more fast and furious bars that will make your head spin. “I’m up to no good / I’m Boyz N Da Hood / With no Young Jeezy and no Jody Breeze,” he boasts.
The former rivals traded barbs last year with their rap battle challenge, which included their “Lucky You” and “Litty” freestyles.
They are now gearing up for new projects. Joyner is cooking up his highly-anticipated album ADHD, while Tory readies the long-awaited Chixtape 5.
