Nick Cannon Takes Aim at Eminem and His Fans on 'Used to Look Up to You'

Nick Cannon is not quite finished.

The rapper-radio personality has more to get off his chest in the wake of his beef with Eminem. On his 7-track mixtape The Miseducation of the Negro You Love to Hate, which was released on Monday, Nick dedicates “Used to Look Up to You” to Slim Shady and his fans.

“Ni**as out here tweeting like they been a savage / Dick riding on Marshall Mathers,” he raps on the Auto-Tuned track. “Had to put on my turban like I’m Aladdin / Ni**as out here cappin’, black lives matter.”

He goes on to address his D-town rival. “Boy, we ain’t never see you, boy you like a shadow,” adds Nick. “Got ’em curlin’ up, armadillo / Pillow talkin’, lay you on a pillow / Ni**a, come get a job from me.”

Nick also appears to make reference to Obie Trice, who released his own pair of diss tracks, “Spanky Hayes” and “Spanky Hayes 2,” in defense of Em. “I’ve been dealin’ with problem after problem / How you his artist and you starvin’? / I know you shot before a target / Thought it was easy but bodied you Marshall.”

Last year, Cannon dropped three diss tracks aimed at Marshall Mathers—the Suge Knight-assisted “The Invitation,” “Pray for Him,” and “Canceled: Invitation,” on which he calls Em the “KKK of this generation.”

Prior to that, Eminem reignited the decade-old feud when he dissed Cannon and his ex-wife Mariah Carey on Fat Joe’s Family Ties track “Lord Above.” The Detroit rapper responded to the “Wild ‘N Out” host on Twitter, but never issued a response record.

50 Cent said that he advised Em not to engage Nick. “I told him don’t even say nothing to him,” said 50 during ABC’s Television Critics Association press tour day. “You can’t argue with a fool.”
