21 Savage and Metro Boomin Drop 'Runnin' Video

  /  10.02.2020

Hot off the release of their new album Savage Mode II, 21 Savage and Metro Boomin unleash the video for the standout “Runnin.”

In the clip, 21 Savage takes his first Grammy, which he won in January for Best Rap Song for “a lot,” on a tour of Atlanta. The coveted trophy travels from hand to hand and block to block—from the strip club to the parking lot to the convenience store. One woman holds the Grammy in her hand while twerking on the hood of a car, while a skateboarder jumps over it.

Metro reps Three 6 Mafia on his shirt and his MAGA-inspired hat, which reads “Make DJ Paul and Juicy J Three 6 Mafia again.”

“Runnin” is one of 15 tracks off Savage Mode II, the sequel to their 2016 collaborative album. The long-awaited project also features collaborations with Drake, Young Thug, and Young Nudy.
