On the eve of Barack Obama’s inauguration, Sean “Jay-Z” Carter performed a concert at Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C., with special guests Mary J. Blige, Young Jeezy, and Mrs. Carter, Beyoncé, who got the crowd on its feet with her No. 1 hit “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It).”
