Solange Knowles gets charitable with the dreamy track “Kenya,” recorded with Twin Shadow and Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor. The tune and its accompanying video, which shows the three acts in the studio, are intended to raise money and awareness for the global water crisis as part of RAIN, The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation’s Replenish Africa Initiative. All proceeds from the song’s sales will go to water provisions in African countries and republics including Rwanda, Uganda, and Cameroon.

“To me it inspires hope when it’s more upbeat and spirited, and I think that that is what the conversation should be about,” says Solange of the charitable record.
