Beyoncé's 'Run the World' Makes Chart Debut

Beyoncé returns to the charts with her first single of 2011. “Run the World (Girls),” the lead offering from the pop powerhouse’s fourth album, lands at No. 33 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

Additionally, the Major Lazer-sampled tune logged 77,000 downloads since arriving in the iTunes store last Thursday, bowing at No. 23 on the Digital Songs chart. On radio, Bey is getting some love, beginning at No. 65 on the Radio Songs chart with a respectable 18 million in audience.

The highly-anticipated video for the Switch-produced female anthem was shot over several days in California with director Francis Lawrence and will debut sometime in May.

Elsewhere on the Hot 100, Lady Gaga’s “Judas” drops two spots after debuting at No. 10 last week, while Katy Perry and Kanye West’s “E.T.” returns to the top for a fourth week.
