Chris Brown and Frank Ocean

Chris Brown and Frank Ocean may have gotten off on the wrong foot, however, Breezy is adamantly denying making a homophobic slur against the Odd Future crooner, who announced his sexuality earlier this month.

According to Advocate.com, the “Turn Up the Music” singer was accused of saying “no homo” after he was questioned about Ocean’s sexual orientation on his way out of a nightclub in Cannes, France.

But Brown took to his Twitter account to set the record straight. “My Opinion on the whole Frank Ocean subject is ……… Love who u wanna love. It’s ur decision. People stop searching for BS,” he tweeted. “Everyone is so quick to point the wrong fingers at each other! Ask urself… Am I Doing everything I can to help the world ????”

He showed his support for Ocean, whose debut channel ORANGE was released a week after his album Fortune. “The world is so bent on social acceptance that we’ve forgotten what makes us special… Our individuality! #Imdone #readabookbitch,” he added.

Last year, Chris had a public showdown with the “Thinkin Bout You” singer and his Odd Future groupmate Tyler, the Creator on Twitter, but they quickly put it behind them.

Since revealing his sexuality, Ocean has received an outpouring of support from his peers including Beyoncé, 50 Cent, Solange, and Omarion.
