Behind the Video: Tyga - '40 Mill'

  /  01.02.2015

Let us pray. Tyga takes it to church in the dark video for “40 Mill,” the Kanye West-produced single off The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty. In the behind-the-scenes clip, the Last Kings rapper prays in church and places a rose on his own coffin in one grim scene.

“It’s kinda like two different stories going on at the same time,” said the director.

T-Raww also causes a commotion while filming in front of his Last Kings store on Melrose. Hordes of fans showed up after he put out a call on Twitter, but the police shut it down. However, Tyga still showed love to his fans, signing autographs on iPhones and headphones.

In early December, Tyga premiered a video for “Make It Work” co-starring Drake’s ex Dollicia Bryan. The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty drops January 27, and he will hit the road with Chris Brown and Trey Songz later this month.
