New Music: Wiz Khalifa feat. Trey Songz - 'See You Again (Remix)'

Alternate versions of Wiz Khalifa’s No. 1 hit “See You Again” have emerged online. Originally released on the Furious 7 soundtrack, the song broke streaming records on Spotify and topped the charts earlier this spring.

After a remix with Chris Brown and Tyga surfaced in April, new versions with Trey Songz and Jason Derulo have now leaked. For his part, Trey’s strong pipes are more than a match for the song’s sky-scraping chorus, originally sung by Charlie Puth.

It’s unclear if this was intended as a remix or a demo, but either way, Trigga kills the hook. His falsetto bends and wavers, providing the lyrics with more personality than they had on Puth’s original.

Trey also joins J.R. for an end of summer party in the video for the St. Louis rapper’s threesome anthem “Best Friend.”
