New Music: dvsn - 'Don't Choose'
OVO’s big week continues. After new tracks from Drake and Majid Jordan, dvsn unleashes “Don’t Choose,” a late-night anthem about love and lust.
“Don’t choose a club over this tonight,” sings Daniel Day. “Don’t choose your friends over this tonight / Don’t you forget the way I make it feel / Don’t say you won’t when I know you will.”
The theme continues in the second verse, as Day sings about trust. “Don’t choose your bed over mine tonight,” he adds. “Don’t you pretend that you’ll be alright / I wonder if you’re really telling the truth / ‘Bout who’s around, when I’m not around / When you’re in your feelings or I’m out of town.”
Last month, dvsn — the Canadian duo of Daniel Day and Nineteen85 — also dropped “Think About Me.” It followed the release of their debut album Sept. 5th in March and The Choir short film in December.
