New Music: Future - 'Ain't Tryin'' + 'Poppin' Tags'
Future goes back to back.
After dropping his Drake-assisted Mexico anthem “Used to This,” Hendrix celebrates his 33rd birthday with two new tracks, which premiered on Drizzy’s OVOSOUND Radio.
The first, “Ain’t Tryin’,” champions a nonchalant perspective. “I ain’t even trying,” raps Future. “I’m on that gas / I ain’t trying to see nobody / I’m counting cash.”

After vowing to relax, the birthday boy hits the mall for the money-spending celebration that is “Poppin’ Tags.”
“I just bought a couple ‘Raris,” he boasts. “Then I bought a couple Porsches.” Later, he bigs up name brands like Goyard, Hermés, and Chanel.

He may not be “Trying,” but Future’s definitely working to pop those tags. The Freebandz boss is fresh off the release of his Gucci Mane joint project Free Bricks 2K16, and he’s set to perform “Do You Mind” at tonight’s American Music Awards alongside DJ Khaled, Nicki Minaj, August Alsina, and Rick Ross.
