Blueface and Soulja Boy Perform at BET Social Awards
Blueface bust down the stage at the BET Social Awards.
In his first televised performance, the L.A. rapper closed out the show with his viral sensation “Thotiana.” Decked out head to toe in Burberry, Blueface performed his signature eyebrow lick while the crowd sang along and filmed on their camera phones. He was joined by a crew of dancers, who picked it up and broke it down on stage.
“Thotiana,” which has spawned a remix with Cardi B, continues its ascent on the Billboard Hot 100, where it currently sits at No. 13.
During Sunday’s show, Soulja Boy also performed a medley of his biggest hits including “Pretty Boy Swag,” “Crank That (Soulja Boy),” “Kiss Me Thru the Phone,” and “Turn My Swag On,” along with his newest single “Cut Dat Check.”
Young Drako also went home with the Social Verified Award. “I had the biggest comeback of 2018, man. Tyga?! Drake?!” said Soulja while accepting his award.
Other winners included Cardi B for the Best Celeb Follow award and City Girls for the Issa Wave award.
