Chris Brown Announces 'INDIGOAT Tour'

  /  06.10.2019

Chris Brown is returning to the road in celebration of his upcoming album Indigo.

The R&B superstar has announced dates for his U.S. headlining “INDIGOAT Tour” featuring Tory Lanez, Ty Dolla $ign, Joyner Lucas, and Yella Beezy. Produced by Live Nation, the 38-city trek kicks off Aug. 20 in Portland, Ore. and will make stops at major arenas in New York, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, and more, before wrapping in Anaheim, Calif. on Oct. 19.

The tour follows last summer’s “Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour” with 6LACK, H.E.R., Rich the Kid, and Jacquees. According to a press release, fans can expect a “fresh high-energy show complete with his signature dance skills and strong vocals, as well as new music.”

Tickets go on sale to the general public beginning Friday, June 14, at 12 p.m. local time. Citi cardmembers will have access to purchase pre-sale tickets starting Wednesday, June 12, at 12 p.m. local time. Every pair of tickets purchased will include a copy of Indigo.

Variety previously reported that the tour would be a joint billing between Chris and his “Wobble Up” collaborator Nicki Minaj, but it appears that plans changed and Chris will headline on his own.

Prior to hitting the road, Chris will release his 9th studio album, Indigo, on June 28 featuring Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, G-Eazy, Juicy J, Trey Songz, Tory Lanez, Tyga, H.E.R., Lil Jon, Joyner Lucas, Gunna, and Drake, who appears on the No. 1 single “No Guidance.”
