DaBaby Allegedly Attacked Driver in Las Vegas

Blame it on Baby.

DaBaby is facing new assault allegations, this time from a driver who claims the rapper attacked him after an argument.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the driver was hired to pick up DaBaby in Las Vegas in November. The rapper and his friends piled into the Mercedes Sprinter van before lighting up a joint. After the driver told them that they couldn’t smoke, cops say Baby and his crew began cursing out the driver and threatened him.

When they arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver asked for payment from his passengers. That’s when the driver claims DaBaby punched him in the back of the head and told him, “You ain’t the boss.”

One of the suspects reportedly said, “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf***er.” They got their belongings before someone else allegedly said they “would have left him [the driver] dead on the road.”

There is now an active warrant to arrest DaBaby for misdemeanor battery.

This is the latest incident for the chart-topping rapper. Earlier this year, he was accused of assaulting and robbing a club promoter in Miami and attacking a hotel employee who tried to take a picture of him with his daughter. In March, he allegedly slapped a female fan during a concert in Tampa before apologizing.

UPDATE: DaBaby has denied the assault accusations. Taking to his Instagram Story, he called TMZ’s report “100% false.”

“Y’all stay positive,” he wrote. “The devil gone always try you when you doing good.”
