Drake's Son Adonis Attends First Day of School

Drake’s son is growing up fast.

Adonis celebrated his first day of school this week. His proud father shared a photo of his 3-year-old son as he prepared to head to school in his black chauffeured SUV. Adonis is already taking cues from his father, looking fly in a black hoodie and Chrome Hearts sweatpants with cornrows in his hair.

“First Day Of School…The World Is Yours kid,” his father captioned the post, while also tagging Adonis’ mother Sophie Brussaux.

Drake’s friends including Diddy, Quavo, Rich the Kid, and Popcaan left comments. “Already got a chauffeur,” noted 21 Savage.

Adonis’ mom also shared an additional photo of her baby boy headed to school while holding his mother’s hand and wearing a backpack and mask. Another photo shows him on his mother’s back.

“1st return! Mom is proud of her big boy (part time little koala),” Sophie wrote in French.

Drake has remained private when it comes to his family life, but in March, he shared photos of his baby boy for the first time on social media.

“I posted those pictures. It was great for me,” he told Lil Wayne on Young Money Radio. “I just woke up one morning and I was like, you know what? This is just something that I want to do. I want to be able to go places with my son and share memories with my son. I don’t want to feel like just because of a life choice I made to be a ‘celebrity’ that I got to make everybody live under this blanket. So, I just wanted to free myself of that.”

Adonis will celebrate his 3rd birthday on Oct. 11.
