Hurricane Chris performed his raunchy hit “Halle Berry (She’s Fine)” for the Louisiana House of Representatives. Yes, you read correctly. This has got to be one of the funniest and most unbelievable videos we’ve seen all year. WTF were they thinking? The performance starts at the 6:37 mark.
