Video: Jennifer Hudson – ‘No One Gonna Love You’
Jennifer Hudson mixes two of her passions—music and acting—in the video for “No One Gonna Love You,” the second U.S. single from her sophomore album I Remember Me. In the Diane Martel-directed clip, the Oscar winner celebrates her anniversary, reminding her unreliable boyfriend (“The Wire’s” Hassan Johnson) about the special occasion. But when she arrives at the restaurant for their dinner date, he’s a no show. A disappointed Jen comes back to her apartment to discover that he’s planned a surprise.
In addition to showcasing her powerful pipes on the Rich Harrison-produced song, J-Hud busts out a few moves. “This is the first time that I’ve had the chance to dance,” explained the star of the upcoming Winnie Mandela biopic. “But it was probably the part I anticipated the most and I actually had a lot of fun. I thought I accomplished it. You be the judge.”

@OnMyPoeticShit, People please, that was more than enough for Jhud. She have stated over and over again she is no dancer. However, that was an added bonus to the video shoot. Some of you haters are just plan meanspirited and heartless. The very gorgeous artist is the best female voice and vocalist of our time. The dancing is something she is working on. Reguardless of the comments Jennifer Hudson is making major moves in her career.

I love Jennifer, & yeah there were like no dance moves. But off subject a bit, there are so many singers that can dance, that people don’t know of because they focus more on their vocal talent (Jazmine Sullivan, Estelle).

boring song and vid, the people that are calling that dancing cant dance and these background dancers are terrible who hired these girls? Good R&B music nowadays are rare but there are a few artist that know what good R&B is. And this song is just not good enough!
