Chris Brown has wrote for himself, Rihanna, Joe Jonas, Mary J Blige and Keri Hilson — of the top of my head.

He’s even wrote for that young kid Cody Simpson (which i’m interested to see btw, for some reason)

You can’t claim someone doesn’t write their own music, if you’ve never bought their albums or did a simple google search.

And EVEN if he didn’t write his own music, so what? A lot of artists don’t write their own music. They are STILL talented.

If you LISTEN closely to the lyrics they are not claiming to be legends themselves but insisting that you should strive to be all that you can be.
